I am Liza. I am 32 and I live in Dartington, UK.
My roots are in Ukraine.
I am a somatic and relational trauma therapist with 7+ years experience in healing arts.
I am professionally trained in Compassionate Inquiry therapeutic approach with Dr. Gabor Maté and in MDMA-Assisted Therapy for PTSD treatment with Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS). I continue to learn and get supervision through private mentorship.
Amongst other modalities I’ve studied and integrate into my practice are Somatic Experiencing, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Embodied Resilience.
In addition to this work, my partner and I co-founded and for 3 years have run a yoga studio and conscious events space in London called Wonderful Things. I used to hold yoga, movement, meditation and sound healing spaces, and in partnership with IRC support well-being days Ukrainian for refugees there, until we moved to nourishing Devon lands.
I have very intimate and trusting relationship with psychedelic medicines, and I advocate for safe use of them at all times.
As to my everyday life, I live in Dartington with my partner and our rescue pup. I love spending time in nature and wild water swimming. I enjoy socialising in intentional spaces.
My life direction is contributing to a safer, more kind and connected world through my daily actions and choices.
